Can an antenna be placed under a roof?

Never recommended due to the quality of the signal being significantly reduced. Should a customer request that the antenna be placed under a tile roof, this can be achieved but the high quality image would not be guaranteed.

How many TV points can be taken from the antenna?

Each point whether in use or not reduces the signal by approximately 8%. Signal strength is required to be between 55 to 80dB. Thus if there are more than 4 points to the household the signal would likely reduce to less than the minimal signal and an amplifier would be needed to boost the signal.

What do we tune?

We tune televisions, video recorders, digital boxes and set up DVDs.

Where do we work?

Our antennas are sold throughout Australia however our technicians are situated throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area and antenna installations are available throughout all suburbs, except for CBD.

Can we assist the DIY customer?

We will at all times provide our personalised service to all customers. This includes sales of products, technical advice on antenna installations or service.

How are payments made?

On antenna installation payments are made to the technician on the completion of the service. Cash or credit card payments can be made.
