I advised we had issues with losing channels on the odd occasion, a quick call and we had a tech onsite within 20m. That's quick service. Throughout the whole time the tech (Graeme) was onsite he explained what was happening to our current setup with our splitter and older antenna. Checked cables replaced old antenna, raised the pole to better coverage and we got a huge improvement in our TV reception. Great work done by Graeme. Very professional.

Excellent service from start to finish. Made an inquiry online for a new antenna installation, received a quote the next day, and appointment was booked for the following day. Gordon did an excellent job with the installation and sent a photo for our records. Great value and a locally made antenna. Highly recommended.

Anthony did a fantastic job mounting our new 55" LG to the wall. He provided all materials such as bracket and cables, and it looks amazing. He was prompt, polite and professional, all for a competitive price. Recommend highly

We had a TV reception issue and chose Australian Antennas almost at random but are very glad we did. They are very organised with constant contact on when they would arrive (early!). They diagnosed a problem very quickly and quoted a solution that not only fixed it on the spot, but was the most economical for me. They could have quite easily told me that I needed a new antenna and I wouldn't have known. It's refreshing to see a trustworthy business take care of their customers in such a way.

The team at Australian Security and Antennas were fantastic. They completed a complicated intercom installation for us and right from the start they were great to deal with. Karen and Matt in the office were pleasant to talk to and answered my many questions. Kevin, Matt and Chris who did the installation were all professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The job itself was done exceptionally well and I am so pleased with the result. I cannot recommend this company highly enough, thank you!

Needed to get my internal aerial fixed (I'm in a rental and my pet chewed it 😞) Looked up website late on a Friday night. Rang on Saturday and technician came early Monday morning. Having phoned Australian Antennas at 9am to have my antenna problem rectified, the technician arrived at 10am, replaced my broken antenna and finished by 10.30am. That’s excellent service, with a friendly and competent technician, and a discount too! Highly recommend.

From end to end the experience I had with Australian Antennas was excellent. No matter who I dealt with, the team was in tune with all that was happening, it gave me great confidence. We had had another antenna service company and an electrician out to try to sort out our ongoing problem with poor reception - but neither of them did. Gordon from Australian Antenna’s came (on time), identified the problem straight away and immediately fixed it. We wasted too much time and money going elsewhere. Cannot recommend them more highly.

The company was very professional in dealing with us. Booking was done instantly and named the service person that was coming. Reminded us of the booking the day before. Anthony who was the service man called to say he was coming in 15 mins. Checked our problem and recommended what was needed. He was very good and efficient with what he was doing. From the first contact with the Office to the installation technician the service was friendly but very professional. Questions were answered simply and accurately. The technical support was excellent, in fact a service that I call " old fashioned ", prompt clean and accurate.I highly recommend this company and they will be my and my family's "go to" for Antenna or Security installation.

Australian Antennas are a most professional and genuinely caring company. Matt and Lynne were so helpful in answering my questions about my particular problem and time expected for my call out, nothing was too much of a problem with regard to my enquires.Stephen arrived as expected and spent 5 hours trying to sort out my antenna, cable etc problems. It was complex, my house is over 100 years old. He is a gem! Explained all my technological issues in clear speak and gave me a number of honest options. Stephen resolved all, particularly, my biggest problem no ABC TV ! A delightful, experienced young man with an empathetic and truly friendly nature. Also was so generous in not charging me fore many extra hours spent on my roof. Thank you so much Stephen. A pleasure to have met you. First spoke with Lyn who was extremely helpful. She arranged a time with me. On the day of installation of aerial point I received a call to advise a time that the installer was expected to arrive and then within the time frame advised Anthony arrived and was very helpful and professional in his communication and advice. I cannot fault the service I’ve received from Australian Antennas.

The entire process of obtaining a quote, and arranging for a technician was extremely easy. The staff were very responsive and arranged for a technician to attend our site within the same week.We had Anthony come out to install the Antenna, and he took great care in completing the installation, along with testing all the TV points. I'd highly recommend Australian Antennas.

Highly recommend Australian Security and Antennas.The service provided by Matt the technician when installing my security system was absolutely brilliant. Diligent, thorough and high quality, not to mention polite, courteous and patiently answered all my silly questions. He is knowledgeable in the products he installs and was extremely helpful when I had problems (user issues not system) and came out again to assist. Matt the owner also provided excellent customer service, making time for me when ever I called. This company actually cares about their customers!

Thanks to Gordon who came to fix our TV reception problem. He only need to take a look at the antenna and immediately know what the problem is. The problem was resolved within 10 minutes after he changed the parts. He is very professional and efficient.

On time, quick response, relocated aerial and improved signal strength for channels 2 and 10. Submitting a photo of the finished work was great. May consider including the bearing used for aerial orientation as part of the finished report/invoice.
