Hi Matt just a brief note to let you know how impressed I was with your service. I rent at 4/13 Irving ave., Prahran through Thompsons. Someone contacted me asap, when I rang back the reception lady was very helpful and happy. I was given a SPECIFIC time ( I nearly collapsed in the era of Optus, Foxtel etc. giving between 12-5 -8-1 etc. as if no-one has a job...) Cooper was on time, courteous and went beyond what was needed.. All in all fantastic experience. I'm quick to highlight poor performance, so this was the opposite!

Recently my television set developed a fault- the picture would either freeze or break up. The people who installed the set said it was probably an antenna problem. Not knowing who to contact I consulted the yellow pages and chose to phone your company. Your receptionist was most helpful, and indeed anxious that I should have the equipment looked at prior to the Olympic Games. She arranged for your technician to come on the same day as I called. I just know him as Tim. He was by far the most helpful tradesperson I have ever had in my home. He went to great lengths to find the problem (was concise in his advice) carried out the work to my complete satisfaction - and throughout, was most obliging -he was a true professional. In these days when most complain about either poor service, or lack of service, I believe it is important to register satisfaction when one meets with it. If I ever have any problem in the future, I certainly know who to call, and I just hope Tim is the man to knock on the door.

I wanted to pass on my thanks for such a professional and friendly service you provided yesterday. You came when you said you would, you called and told me when you were on your way, and the technician was friendly and helpful. It was great dealing with you.
